Here I am at age 6 (1976) on my very first bike that I got for my birthday that year. I was an only child who lived in a small town in South Carolina. Most of the kids in my neighborhood were Air Force brats, so every couple of years my friends moved away and I got new ones. Now I'm re-living my childhood a little with my daughters (19, 9, and 10) and my grand-daughter (18 mos.) Unfortunately, not many pictures of my childhood have survived my parents' divorces, but I still have my memories of all the great stuff from the 70's and 80's.
