The Empire Strikes Back

I remember seeing this in the theater when I was about 5. I Loved Yoda even though he sounded like Grover.I Grew up in Wisconsin, so the Hoth Echo Base was cool to me, I never needed to buya Hoth playset, I had my own in the backyard, LOL. Even though I feared Vader, I still respected him. That was the beauty of the storytelling in this series.
The Luke's Dad thing was a bombshell on me.

I got a set of Darth Vader Underroos and I used to climb on top of tables and benches, make Vader hand gestures at my whole family while telling them "I am your Father" and encouraging them to "come to the Dark Side".

It would be another 25 years or so until we would once again see the Dark Lord of the Sith imagined as a little blonde headed boy with a bowl cut.
