The Autobots
1984 saw the birth of something that was "more than meets the eye." Transformers became a smash hit toy that year and followed with a comic book series and animated television show that ran on afternoons in syndication. In 1986, Aladdin produced this metal lunchbox with matching plastic thermos for all the kids who liked the idea of trucks turning into giant city-destroying robots. Autobots, roll out for beanie weenies and Capri Sun!
