Release History:
9/17/83 - 9/1/84 CBS
Living on Biskitt Island, these diminutive doggies served to protect the crown jewels of Biskitt Castle after the demise of their beloved king. They also did their part to protect the poor and under-privileged on the island from tyranny. Their main nemesis was Max, ruler of neighboring Lower Suburbia and evil brother to the deceased king, who was willing to do anything to steal the crown jewels. To aid in his efforts, he enlisted the help of two canine cohorts, Fang and Snarl, as well as Shecky, the jester. But they weren’t the only dangers inhabiting Biskitt Island. Also roaming around Biskitt Island was an enormous feral feline named Scratch to contend with.
Created by Hanna-Barbera and airing in 1983, The Biskitts just didn’t muster up the same affection as their blue competitors and only managed a single season before being cancelled.
