MEMORY:

This was very "High Concept"...Casper moved out of the Enchanted Forest to outer space to watch over two female space patrol officers, the smart African American Maxie and the ditzy Minnie. Quiet soft-spoken Casper was accompanied by the new ghostly pal Hairy Scarey (never seen in the Harvey Comics) who loved to scare people and make trouble whenever he could. Casper used his ghostly powers to protect Mini and Maxi from the sneaky actions of the bad guy crooks and jealous rival space patrol officers. Trying to cash in on the "Star Wars" craze, the results were rather strange to watch.
