"The Famous Adventures Of

Mr.Magoo."aired Saturday nights

on NBC TV from The fall of 1964

to the fall of 1965.


The show focused on"Mr.Quincy

Magoo's"performances as characters

from history and litature.


As the show recreated stories

such as"Don Quixote'","Moby Dick",

"Sherlock Holmes","Frankenstein",

"Snow White & The Seven Drwafs",

etc.


They also showed events from

the civil war,the American revolution,

etc. and the series' last episode

had our nearssighted actor trying to

help"Dick Tracy" and "Police Chief Pat

Patton"capture"Prunface","Mumbles"

and"Oddles".


As "Magoo"was asked to disguise

himself as a crook known as..(Are You

Ready For This?!)"Squinty".


I don't want to give away the

rest of the plot?


But..It's an ending that anyone

who has seen it will not foget.


The show only lasted one season

on NBC TV..but it continues to have

a following due to reruns in syndication.
