The F.B.I.As with all Quinn Martin dramas such as "Cannon", "Barnaby Jones", and "The Streets of San Francisco", the show was divided in a prologue (the first 2-3 minute opening show teaser), 15 minute "acts", and the epilogue (the last 2-3 minute wrap-up). The announcer would read out the name of the show, the stars and guest stars names with appropriate close-up faces, and the title of "tonight's episode." The shows were straightforward crime stories with FBI agent Erskine and his team tracking down various criminal fugitives based on real FBI cases. The show also profiled real-life FBI fugitives at the end of the program and inviting viewers with information to contact the local FBI offices...year before "America's Most Wanted" and "Unsolved Mysteries" premiered. Good show...the "Law & Order" of its day.Gold Stars: 2 GOLD STARS:RELATED ITEMS: |
