The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera and The Disney Afternoon were successful cartoons that combined several different programs into one overall package. In 1992, Bohbot Entertainment decided to create their own packaged show with DIC and Saban. The result was Amazin' Adventures I. This package contained Double Dragon, King Arthur and the Knights of Justice, The Hurricanes, Mighty Max, Saban's Around the World in Eighty Dreams, Saban's Gulliver's Travels, and The Wizard of Oz.
In 1994, BohBot and DIC changed the lineup of individual programs, along with partners Ruby-Spears and New Frontier, in a show called Amazin' Adventures II. The new cartoons included were Gadget Boy and Heather, Street Sharks, Ultraforce, Mega Man, Skysurfer Strike Force, and Princess Gwenevere and the Jewel Riders.
As with all the block-style programming, some of the shows were popular and some weren’t as much, so titles would rotate. For more information on individual shows, see the separate entries.
