See 'n Say
I received two of these for Christmas in 1971, when I was three years old. One, which I still have, was green and featured the Peanuts characters with a pointing Snoopy in the middle, and the other was a Mother Goose See 'N Say exactly like the one in the photo.

Sigmund and the Sea Monsters
This was a Saturday morning staple for me during the two years that it aired. I recently caught part of one of the shows on Youtube, and it brought back fun memories.

Captain and Tennille
I've been a fan of the Captain and Tennille ever since I first heard "Love Will Keep Us Together" on the radio in the summer of 1975, and listening to their songs always brings back fond memories of my childhood days. "Lonely Night (Angel Face)," "The Way I Want to Touch You" and "You Never Done It Like That" are favorites of mine as well.

Spirograph
I had several Spirograph sets when I was a kid, as well as a Spirotot (an early '70s simplified version of the Spirograph for younger children). It was great fun to try to duplicate all the suggested designs, as well as make up my own creations.

Operation
I had this game as a kid (still do, actually, packed away in a closet). It was fun to play, but also nerve-wracking at times. I remember I always had the most trouble removing the writer's cramp pencil, the broken heart and the Adam's Apple, but was pretty good at taking out the water on the knee pail and the wrenched ankle.

Give-A-Show Projector
I got one of these for Christmas when I was 8. I remember it came with 10 filmstrips, including Archie and Josie and the Pussycats. Very cool toy!

Mouse Trap
I had this game when I was a kid. I remember my set had an extra lamppost but was missing the pole for the mouse cage, so I had to substitute a pencil for that piece. It was much more fun to just assemble the "mousetrap" and watch the ball go through it than it was to play the actual game!

Life
I remember getting this game when I was eight years old; it was one of the early editions, with Art Linkletter's photo and signature on the box. Life was always one of my favorite board games when I was growing up, and I played it often with family and friends. More often than not, my car would be overflowing with a brood of kids (kind of ironic, since I've never had children in real life), and I was usually a teacher or physicist.

The Courtship of Eddie's Father
What a wonderful show this was. The storylines were well-written, and there was a warm rapport between the characters. I used to watch the reruns in the afternoons after school, and always thought Bill Bixby was handsome and a great father figure. Loved the theme song by Nilsson, too.
I have all but two episodes, taped from a cable channel in the '90s, but I hope the show eventually gets released on DVD.
