Glue
When I was in the first grade, there was this kid that ate so much of this stuff that I'd be surprised if he lived very long past that year. Come to think of it, I never saw him after first grade.

Disneyland
In 1970, my sis and I went to Disneyland. Of course the first character we see is Mickey. So we run up to him and say "Hi Mickey!". Then this deep voice comes from the costumed character and says "Have a nice day kids"...you've never seen such absolutely crushed 8 and 4 year olds. I'm pretty sure that it was soon after that when they forbade the costumed characters to speak in front of the guests.

Sea Monkeys
I had some of these little guys. I also had an uncle that was really concerned about them. He thought that they were some communist plot to take over the country. :-D

Afro
I used to really dig it when I would watch NBA and ABA basketball games when the players wore the huge afros and all the gold jewelry. Some of those guys had some really huge dos. Dr. J FTW!

Mullet
I don't mean to brag (much), but my mullet was among the sweetest of them all. This pic doesn't do it justice. Ahh if only I could have my mullet back. The back of my neck is getting cold.
