1983 :  I am 6 years old Michael Jackson i wanted a jacket like the one he wore in beat it, i want a curl like his also, my mom says no to the curl, she surprises me one day with two michael jackson shirts, and one has the glove imprinted on it complete with the glitter,!!!!!!!!!!! i am the happiest child in the world that day!!! 1983 :  I am 6 years old Baskin Robbins my mother used to take me to baskin robbins every sunday, and i always got the same thing a single chocolate cone, i wish i was a kid again. SEE ALSO: Baskin Robbins

1984 :  I am 7 years old Prince i remember when prince came to memphis in 1984 for the purple rain tour, my mother bought tickets, i just assumed she was taking me to the concert, mind you i was only seven years old ! i remember feeling like quite the idiot when the night of the concert rolled around and she went with her friend. 1986 :  I am 9 years old Reeboks my aunt bought me my first pair of reeboks, i was in the 4th grade, and they were the white high tops, with the blue reebok written out in the little rectangle patch on the shoe, i got them over the weekend, so when i got to school on monday , thought i was hot_ thanks aunt karen!!! 1986 :  I am 9 years old Barbie i remember christmas 1986 i got all barbie stuff for christmas, i got 2 new barbies, a malibu ken, barbies pink motorcycle, barbies kitchen with all the the accessories , and a barbie swimming pool complete with deck. this was one of my favorite christmases. 1997 :  I am 20 years old New Edition i fell in love with new edition when u was about 6 yrs old, and this was the first concert i ever went to back in 1997 ! i have been to three of their concerts, everytime they come to memphis i go, and i am waiting on them to come back! SEE ALSO: New Edition
