If I wanted to really get to sleep, however - I'd have a nice big mug of hot milk with honey. It's ideal for cold nights as it will warm you right down to your toes. Eating at that hour often becomes uncontrolled, because you're not completely awake, so you're not really thinking about what you're putting in your body, so it's just a recipe for obesity.
