Re: What is the last Documentary you saw?

If made-for-TV documentaries count, it would be "Chuck Jones: Extremes & In-Betweens", a PBS Great Performances production included on the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 5 DVD set. It's a profile of the prolific Looney Tunes director who also animated The Grinch, and various TV specials based on the works of Rudyard Kipling, as well as the Oscar-winning short "The Dot and the Line".
As for theatrical releases, it would be "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed", a look at academia's reject of intelligent design as an alternative to evolutionary theory, featuring commentator Ben Stein. _________________ "Life moves pretty fast. I recenty purchased a History Channel DVD which gives a behind-the-scenes look at Walt Disney World and how the parks are run. It's part of the History's Modern Marvels series. |

WE LIVE IN PUBLIC
Meet Josh Harris, the most influential web pioneer you've never heard of. His "artistic" experiments in the mid-late 90s and through the early part of this decade were the definite precursors for Facebook, mySpace, Twitter heck, even RL and the entire social network explosion now ubiquitous with this generation. A filmmaker friend called it, "one of absolute most frightening things to ever scare the s*** out of me." After screening it myself, I wholeheartedly agree. This should be required veiwing for anyone who has ever spent an inordinate amount of time socializing on the web -- who among us hasn't? |

Stay on topic!
Mikey and Tasha. Stop having fun! Wait till the He-Man, She-RA behind the scenes documentary comes out, on their on again off again affair. Titled super muscled maneuvers in the dark:an eighties affair of the heart. _________________

Are you sure? They never found those people, you know. That's what the film was about. They pieced together footage from their cameras to make the movie. It's fascinating and scary to think that those youngsters thought they were going to debunk a myth, and they became part of it. _________________ Zombies, man. They creep me out. |
