I believe it is unfounded and this makes me sad and want to pee my pants. Sir. Jason Winters I understand has some kind of liquid beverage to help me with these troubling times. I'm gonna lock myself in the closet and not come out until our dear emperor is released from the shackles of unholy evil that have been placed upon him. I weep for thee....

We haven't taken any official action at this point, aside from blocking the IP address used by sirjasonwinters. Any difficulty posting is occurring only due to that blocked IP address. I have not written or spoken the words "you are banned." Yet. For the record? I hate banning people. I hate it when people I like do things that are grievous enough for us not to simply warn or suspend. (Frankly, I don't enjoy any of that. I'd much prefer everyone just... do their part to keep things civil and functional around here. Is that so much to ask?)

He's a sock puppet, a spammer!" But since it's greenhornet the attitude is "He was just having some fun. Why don't we let him back? Just give him a little slap on the wrist and make him promise to never do it again and all will be well." Why do the rules apply to some and not others?
