Oh, good, I'm NOT crazy.....I could have sworn we had cherry chip cake with pink icing for Valentine's Day one time, but the pink icing could have just been vanilla icing flavoured with raspberry jam (with the seeds strained out, of course).  Either way, it was really good. Smile

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting all the way. And you have to have confettin sprinkles. Not the long thin kind, the flat round kind that are all crunchy and stuff.
