I loved the Smurfs as a child, even collected all the figurines. It was a great cartoon. Now I have kids of my own and I would love this DVD to share the Smurf adventures with them.

I liked you on Facebook and tried to enter there, email thing came up. I remember the Smurfs when I was little mean Gargamel said” Run Azrael catch me a Smurf.” I had a birthday party and I got little Smurfette toy and necklace, it brings back memories of good parts of childhood. :)

  6. My 7 and 3 year olds slowly but surely become fans of my Old School favs. Last week it was ThunderCats, last year it was He-Man. They also can spot Fat Albert, Popeye and Woody Woodpecker from 3 miles away. And now that I’ve exposed them to the 80s Filmation version of Tom & Jerry, its now time for a trip to the Smurf village — where the inhabitants dine on Smurfberry Crunch for breakfast, lunch and dinner I hear.

I always thought it was smurfin hysterical that Azrael would laugh at Gargamel after he was defeated by the Smurfs!
